🇪🇸 Orbio is looking for a founding design engineer to work directly with Sergi, the CEO and former founder of Colvin. They just announced a $7.5M round with Visionaries Club. Orbio was also founded by Nacho as CSO, with whom I worked in Cobee (co-founded by him as well) and thus I know for a fact that this company is going to grow like a rocketship in the HR sector. 🇬🇧 Conduct is hiring a founding AE to establish how to sell as a company. Created by ex-Palantir founders, they just emerged from stealth with a $12M seed round led by Creandum. For decades companies have spent billions on SAP customizations that are hard to understand, operate and change, and that’s what they are trying to solve, so the market and opportunity seems huge.
🇩🇪 Langfuse, an OSS LLM engineering platform, is looking for a former CTO who wants to ship code again. Their team is full of ex-founders as they’ve really liked that profile from the beginning, as they explained here. I’m hoping more and more companies see it that way and this is what I’m trying to help with at 01n.
🇪🇸 Maisa is another company that just raised a $25M seed from Creandum and they are looking for a Digital Worker/ AI automation engineer. The tool is a horizontal platform, and you will have to go and automate use cases for specific clients/industries, so it will be a very good place to discover business opportunities for verticalization (this is how I’ve seen many entrepreneurs from McKinsey finding their business idea). 🇩🇪 Hypersonica develops hypersonic vehicles to ensure Europe's resilience and independence in the defense and space sector. Backed by General Catalyst. They are looking for a CEO Office position (non-tech team). Contact them directly here.

1 to N: Top scaling team opportunities
🇮🇹 🇪🇺 🌐 Bending Spoons is hiring several Chiefs of Staff for their CEO, CFO, CSO and CHRO, as well as Associates to lead some of their more better-known products such as Evernote, WeTransfer, Remini or Meetup. This is truly an epic company, operating and scaling legendary products from Europe, most of which were created in Silicon Valley. The bar is really high, I applied when I shut down my company and the hiring process is demanding but very well thought (they even donated some money to charity as an exchange of all the time I dedicated). I can only recommend to apply, seems guaranteed life-changing experience, which in startups is difficult to find (basically, what I’m trying to do with 01n).
🇸🇪 🇩🇪 🇬🇧 Creandum (VC in companies such as Spotify, Klarna, Lovable and Factorial) is hiring visiting analysts to start in January. I always have doubts about posting opportunities in VCs as I know from experience that startup-operating experiences are better, in general, for future founders, but an opportunity at Creandum is hard to pass and especially if you are just starting your careeer. 🇬🇧 Omnea is trying to fix procurement (please!), already has great customers (Spotify, MongoDB, McAfee, Monzo…) and just raised $50M from top VCs (Khosla, Insight, Accel, Point Nine and First Round). They want a Founding Head of Talent and Founding Account Manager. Seems like they want to do things differently and need help establishing those two functions. Apply here.
🇪🇸 🌐 HappyRobot (Voice agents for industry) is almost reaching $10M ARR in just about a year after launching, backed by YC and a16z among others. They are looking for a full-cycle GTM position to drive sales efforts from Madrid.
🇬🇧 Granola is also trying to establish the sales function with a founding Account Executive. The company is 100% inbound so far and they want to establish their whole go-to-market including sales/outbound. Super interesting opportunity to define the whole department in a top product. Apply here.
