Since then, over 100 ex-founders have joined and many companies showed interest in hiring people like you.
I’ve realized that the best place for ex-founders is at the earliest stages of a company, surrounded by other founders, so I’m curating here the best opportunities to join founding teams, invested by top tier VC funds and/or founded by cracked entrepreneurs.
So, here’s a list of what I think are game-changing chances to join top early-stage startups in Europe — great to apply what you’ve learned or prep for your own venture.
0-1 talent: Founding team opportunities
Nacho, co-founder at Cobee, recently acquired by Sodexo, has joined another well-known spanish entrepreneur for his new startup. I worked at Cobee so I know Nacho well, and joining him early would be a life changing experience, same as Cobee was. They are looking for different founding engineers. Reach out to him directly.
Playtomic ex-CTO has joined Alex (ex-Roche & Novartis) to launch Ovianta (AI applied to the healthcare sector). They are already funded by ITnig (founders of Factorial) and they are looking for their first sales hire to join the CEO daily. You can apply here.
Telli (YC W24) is building AI voice agents and growing 50% m-o-m. They are looking for two founding engineers, willing to be based in Berlin. Founders are ex-Stanford, McKinsey and they just finished Y-Combinator. Apply here.
Victor from Yellow (VC fund by the founders of Glovo) has recently funded two stealth startups from top entrepreneurs looking for swiss army knife operators and back and front engineers. Apply directly in the links.

1-n talent: Other opportunities who also value ex-founders
I just joined MiLaboratories as COO and I’m looking for the first two hires in sales to help the CEO. The company is funded by Speedinvest and K Fund and already working with some of the best pharmas in the world such as Novartis, GSK or Moderna. Apply here.
